What is the difference between lean concrete and PCC concrete?

Both are almost same, lean concrete will have lower strength than PCC concrete.
PCC is normally M10 or M15 Grade.
Going below M10 makes it more lean and you can also name mix as M5 or M7.5 as lean mix.
