Very simplistically we can say that Quality Management - The Top/Senior Management Team is planned and intended to achieve It's goal i.e. Quality as per their standards/requirements.....
where as Quality Performance - is the Middle & Lower Management Guys/staff practicing and achieved against certain set of standards.....

Quality Management is a group of process or simply a system which specifies all aspects to ensure Quality.

Quality Performance is a measure of performance of the system with the help of tools which are designed in a system to measure its performance.
