Kindly do post more details about what you want.
In compressive strength there is nothing called R value.
There are no god sitting anywhere to help you by understanding whats on your mind.
Unless a clear details about what you want are written by you, except god no one can tell anything.
Also gods are busy in their works, so they cant even telepathically describe and clear your doubts.

Sir R value. R is the Resistance value of specimens ( cube strength) or. (flexurel strength)

I never ever herd about such thing till yet, kindly do enlighten us on this subject.
In compressive strength threre are only 2 terms used for calculation.
Load taken - max applied load at which sample fail.
Area - here in circular sample you might take radius as R for calculating area.
