The rate for breaking/ demolishing will differ from city to city and depends on type of work it is whether it is major or minor job.?

According to me i can suggest you the average rate for demolition for the following items

1. Floor breaking/ Demolition work- Rs 10/ sft

2. Wall plaster or Tile breaking/ Demolition work- Rs 10/ sft

3. Complete wall breaking/ Demolition work- Rs 22/ sft

4. Concrete wall or any structure breaking/ Demolition work- Rs 35/sft

Note: The above values are including demolition, tools, Cleaning the debris and placing at any corner of the building but excluding shifting the debris away from the site
