In technical terms LW+ is a admixture like superplasticizer which reduces the water demand of the concrete mix thus improves the water penetration.
It just a over marketed product and nothing more special in it (You can download and review its TDS for more details).
So you can use it in concrete same like other admixtures to reduce water demand of concrete.
