Engineer?

Supervisor?

Labour?

In my opinion, Engineer do intelligent efforts, Supervisor do moderating efforts and Labour does hard work.


But in some case scenario might become reverse

Labour is the most important pararmeter on every construction site. The demand for engineers is less while the supply from engineering colleges is high. The trend however reverses in case of supervisor and labours.

The current scenario of real estate industry lays more emphasis on workers who work more for less money. Hence supervisor are preferred on site.

An experienced supervisor,foreman and labour can erect a building without an engineer.

The most important work at site is to have a good "Team Work"
As far as site work is concern all works are important because all work is directly related to progress of work and strength of work.
But synergy, coordination, team work, work and scope clarity etc are most important among entire team.

For any project we need 5 M

Money
Machines
Material
Method
Man

Any body can have Money, Machines, Material and Methods same....
But no one can have same Man power, that is team.

Man power with good team work is most important.
