Why do we provide slope in precast beam

Why do we provide slope in precast beam when use in railway over bridge or bridge

Are you talking about slope or curvature in beam depth which generally provided in prestress elements to avoid saging movement.

I am not good in this subject nor work on such project so do not have much idea about it.

It would be better if you write some more details on it
