At my work place there is zone 4 grade sand is also available. In what proportion i can use this sand?

IS 383 does a recommendation for not using Zone IV sand in the production of concrete for RCC work.
In case of non-availability of good sand in your area, you can make use of Zone IV sand by doing trials and checking the desired properties required.
