Why is Roman concrete considered stronger than modern concrete?

Because it is survived till Today and have History.
When in Future if Today's concrete survives more than that, we may not be there to see it but in future people might say the concrete produced by us is more stronger.
But our Today's structure has designed life of 50 to 100 years only, so chances of surviving are less unless any structure is converted into a historical piece.
