Electrical Conduit and Accessories Pre-Concrete Work
We concealed the electrical conduits and accessories in slab and beam area, if its get misplaced or not jointed correctly can lead to rework and in some cases bad aesthetic looks. It is important to check this work as rework for it cost huge if many conduits chock or miss the connections.

Checklist of Electrical Conduit and Accessories Pre-Concrete Work consist of following checkpoints in it;
  • No. of points in room as per drawing.
  • Quality of materials as per specification(ISI Mark)
  • Location, Line and sizes of boxes, conduits as per drawings.
  • Joints and bends of conduits
  • Provision of fish wire with extra length ( ≥ 150mm ).
  • Cover to outer face and steel ( ≥ 5mm ).
  • Distance between electric and telephone conduits (≥150mm).
  • c/c distance between two conduits is not less than 3 times the larger.
  • Provision to avoid entry of cement slurry / water in system.
  • Check for the tightness of conduits with reinforcement
  • Staple to conduit @1000mm

Checklist attached herewith is just a sample provided for your reference, work carried out as per this procedure may have different sets of standards, material specifications, standard operating procedures and terms and conditions for doing that work. This all parameter or some parameter may not match with one you are executing at your Project.
