The joggal for column reinforcement is not recommend since the reinforcement are bend u can inserting lap length adjacent to the bend up bar. Use Hillti RE 500 for anchoring the bars. Thanks and Regards

Hi, Please avoid Re dosage of admixture at site during pour, once the Admixture added during batching with all correction including mostiure in raw material the only way to increase are decrease the dosage is depending on weather of the day during batching.

No never do finish with cement dry are wet as cement is shrinkage material so it will cause minute cracks which is visible during curring of wall plaster. Better to have sponge finish plaster face.
