Cracking is the outcome of another process which goes on into concrete, there is no chemical which can ensure no cracking unless it is controlling hydration process (thinking of something even will not be economical application, it will be like compensating for poor supervision with high value chemical packs, practically then it will kick out the need of civil engineer in field).
