Plinth protection repair.

Doing a repair work can be of unique in its kind as the defects are not of same type.
It would be better if you provide more details along with photographs for areas where repair / protection need to be done.
Plinth is a structure which is built above ground level. possible causes of general failure is slippage of soil from below plinth beam to adjacent ground in cases where plinth beam bottom is well above ground level and no protection done beneath it.
Plinth soil also get out when there is excavation done in plot very close to plinth. remedy would be removing all loose and building a stone or brick wall below plinth beam and filling the cavity from the inside of plinth area.
