Quality Assurance Plan for Inspection and Testing of Materials at Construction Project
Ensuring the Quality of material is correct in any construction project is the prime responsibility of the Person who is accepting it.
Unless you have plans and parameter set for acceptance of material at construction projects, we might miss some important parameter of inspection and sub quality materials might get accepted.
I have shared with you all a sample Quality Assurance plan which i used in the past, this QAP consist of following parameters into it;
Name of the Material
Test which are to be carried out on each material
IS Codes used for testing of materials
Role of contractor and frequency of testing of material
PMC Role
Confirmation IS codes for materials tested
