Sir mujhe batao maine with material house work ka project lena hai. Labour rate par bahut kiya hai kam ab with material kam karna hai is liye mere kuch question hai apse =
1. With material project main material estimate kaise karte hai.
2. Material rate tiyar karne ke baad rate kaha tak rakhna chaiye.
3. Or bhi information hai with material ke bare main bateye mujhe

Material rate contracts just includes material + labour.

You already doing labour rate contract, you just need to add the cost of material in it including profit on it.

Material rate varies from place to place and as per order quantity.

Quantity estimation - if you are not good in it, higher an engineer who can help you in that, because if you quote with wrong estimate, either you loose contract or bare heavy losses in it (so better is to get this work done from en Engineer).

For Rate of With Material Contract - Your rate should be competitive as per the current market
say in your are person x is doing RCC in say 550 per sqft and you quoted 800 per sqfeet.
In this case, you will never get job.

Say in your area RCC work rate is 550 per sqft and you quoted 400 per sqft, in this case you will get job from customer.
Provided you did all studies for profit and loss with this rate, you will make good amount from it.

Today's Market is very competitive, so for calculation of rate you should be aware about at what rate others are doing and how much cost incurr to you if you do same type job.

You quote more than market rate - You will never get contracts.

You quote at optimum level or around the current rates of market - possibility of getting contract is more.

You quoted blindly without calculation at lower side to just get contracts - you will get more contracts and less profits and in some case heavy loss.

You need to do market study for arriving at any rate.

Better you prepare the quantity of material required for this project.

Get the quotations from 3-4 suppliers and compare the same with each other.

If you find an item X is cheaper at Shop A then purchase it from that shop only. Remaining items purchase from other shops.

Be careful while quoting the price, any wrong step may lead to huge loss.

As said in the earlier better hire an engineer and get the rates from him. Or approach any local consultant they will prepare this material quantity along with rates at some nominal charges for you.
