The role of the quality consultant is to consult and work with organisations to develop and implement Quality Management Systems that meet the requirements of necessary quality management codes described by the concerned nations.

Developing detailed documentation, implementation, training and internal auditing of quality management systems

Quality Management System documentation to include
  • Review of existing policies and procedures and gap analysis against the concerned codes.
  • Understanding the Regulatory and legislative requirements compliance, Organisational structure, roles, responsibilities, limits of authority, reporting requirements,Infrastructure, Resources, Staff competency, training and induction
  • Defining the organization Quality Policy.
  • Information management, document and records control, communications/meetings TOR, IT management, setting up the evaluation ,Selection,l and monitoring performance of various agencies and reporting to the management.
  • Continues improvement of various quality policy, non-conformity, corrective and preventive actions, internal audits, and its reports and identifying the corrective action, preparing and maintaining internal audit schedules
  • Maintain and apply current policies, regulations, and industrial stipulated by he concern authorities.
  • Recommend various process and procedural improvements and monitoring the same.
  • Analyze and interpret statistical data related to quality system performance.
  • Review of the Quality Management Systems’ and monitoring the Quality objectives

Risk management.
  • Inspect facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify and correct potential hazards,
  • Ensure safety regulation compliance.
  • Study and implement adequacy of actions implemented to correct quality system non-conformance's.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to organizations and educating to handle quality problems and implement corrective and preventive action.
  • Interview employers and employees to provide about organisation procedures and policies.
  • Prepare and present quality strategies and information.
  • Conduct project inspections to identify the possible quality problems
  • Inspecting and verifying whether assigned policies have been implemented if not ensure of its adherence.
Qualifications and Personal Attributes
  • Diploma of Quality Management or similar
  • Relevant industry experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good negotiating skills
  • Attention to detail Logical and analytical
  • Ability to understand rules and regulations and translate the same in such a way everyone to understand.
  • Detailed knowledge of all relevant quality policy code and the company quality policy.
