Sir, Explain How Batching plant operates at site..Daily basis what's the check

Its not as simple as how you written in a single line.
Anything which works, operate had a big process behind it and unless and until we are not involve in it, we does not understand it.
Plant operations are handled by Quality Department and Maintenance Department.
Everyday it begins with
checking all points of plant upkeep as per the checklist (do search on forum for plant checklist, you will get it).
During the same time QC department do check the moisture levels in aggregates and also do check newly received materials for Quality.
The plant In-charge prepares a correct schedule for next day concrete which occasionally fails.
The QC department does correction in mix designs as per moisture level and provide the recipe to Plant Operator.
Plant operator command the Plant to produce the concrete as per specified mix and quantity.
Once the concrete is produced and loaded into transit mixer, the transit mixer moves to project location where it is to be poured.
Its a very big process explained in very short and sweet way, if you are working on plant and have a specific question then do ask about it.
general question requires a answer of bible size book and its hard to post bible here, its better to buy a book from store if you are really interested in understanding it completely.
