When a Trainee engineer or any engineers joins any company on any position, the first task on first day is.
Get to know the processes followed at company.
Get introduce with the staff which will be working with you on that project.
Keep quiet and listen to all, what they say.
Understand everything, after that you can do that as a regular work or you can do it in more efficient way by making improvements in processes.
No company expect you to make entry as a superman and kill all the issue.
When the system is driven by humans, there are many thing which cant be corrected in sec it may hurt mood, ego, taste, mindset and a lot which will screw your career if you trying to show you are superman who can fix everything in a day.
So be cool, join the work and understand everything told by them and then start acting on it, if you find any difficulty or better way of doing something, discuss it with seniors and get it done.
