in case of if you take care o f the while converting no question of leakage at all
1.concrete with minimum slump
2.proper compaction with vibrators and meeting from the external surface of shuttering to avoid any hollowness in the concrete
3.use of water stopper wherever the construction joint
still due to some reasons if you notice the leakage use the methodology of injection grouting with 1:1
CEMENT and water ratio which is more than enough.

Material used are in most of the case, cement base polymer modified grouts.
If the leakages observed in water-body and if you cant empty it, grouting need to be done from passive side with a quick setting properties.
Grouting is done at the pressure in order to ensure the penetration of grout in the crack and sealing.
