Corrosion rainforcement use in construction what are the problem are occured ?? Please explain

Small amount of rusting on steel bars in good for bonding with concrete as well as work as protection layer to steel bars.

If scaling is observed on bars, it is not good as its decaying the bar in more faster rate.
